Undeclared and Academic Advising Center

Welcome to the UAAC

Welcome to the Undeclared and Academic Advising Center (UAAC)! We are located in PLN-1, Pollak Library (North Side). We support all undergraduate students at Cal State Fullerton and our goal is to empower students to seek support and take the lead throughout their academic journey.

We provide comprehensive guidance to undeclared students, helping them explore majors and make informed decisions about their educational paths through general education (GE) advising. Being Undeclared offers so many advantages and options that allow students to explore interests, career paths and most importantly, learn about themselves!

Undeclared students, will be supported by the UAAC which will serve as “home” until student declare their major. All Undeclared students MUST declare a major by the time they reach 60 units per CSUF Academic Policy. Major exploration also helps to prepare students to explore what academic programs that CSUF has to offer amongst other great opportunities!

In addition to undeclared students, the UAAC also serves students with majors in the following Colleges:

  • Health and Human Development
  • Humanities and Social Sciences
  • Business and Economics (first-time, first-year and sophomore students seeking GE advising)

Upcoming Office & Advising Hours Updates: December 19th walk-ins will be available from 9:00am - 11:00am & 2:00pm - 4:00pm only . December 23rd walk-ins will be available from 9:00am - 12:00pm & 1:00pm - 2:00pm only. Campus will be CLOSED from December 24th - January 1st. The UAAC will resume regular hours on January 2nd.
