Criteria for Scholarship
The William Hernandez Memorial Scholarship was established to recognize an outstanding CSUF EOP student who:
- Demonstrates a commitment to service to the community
- Exhibits Leadership Ability and
- Demonstrates academic achievement. Applicants must be current CSUF full-time EOP undergraduates or graduates who are former EOP students. Undergraduates must have a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5 and graduates 3.0. All applicants must show active involvement in community and/or student activities.
