Mission Statement

The goal of Veterans Student Services Tutors is to provide all Cal State Fullerton veterans with additional educational support beyond the classroom. Tutors provide returning student veterans with the support they need to succeed in their academic career. We offer assistance in English, writing, and college level math. Students are encouraged to come in for assistance at any point in the writing or research process. Our staff can offer help brainstorming ideas, researching topics, or editing drafts. Additionally, we offer one-to-one or group tutoring. We are located in UH-221.

Plan ahead! Students are highly recommended to begin their projects and seek assistance as early as possible. The earlier you begin working with us, the better the results. Be sure to bring all course materials with you to the tutoring session.
