4/16/25 - Meet the Finalists for VP for Strategic Enrollment Management – Join the Open Forums

Dear Titan Community,

We’re excited to invite you to a series of open forums to meet the three finalists for our inaugural Vice President for Strategic Enrollment Management (VPSEM) position. Please join us to learn about each candidate’s vision for the new division, student success, and our university’s enrollment future.

The forums are open to students, faculty, and staff and can be attended in person or virtually via Zoom. Those attending in person will have the opportunity to ask questions during the session. If you will be joining via Zoom Webinar and would like to ask a question, please submit your question to data@fullerton.edu no later than Friday, April 25, 2025. Based on time limitations, not all questions submitted will be asked.

2/12/25 - Vice President for Strategic Enrollment Management Search Committee

Dear Campus Community,

I am pleased to report that in collaboration with the Academic Senate, we have established a committee to lead our national search for the university’s inaugural Vice President for Strategic Enrollment Management (VPSEM), who will lead our efforts of broadening access and ensuring a smooth experience from admission to graduation for all students.

The search committee is comprised of the following members: 

  • Su Swarat, Senior Associate Vice President for Institutional Effectiveness and Planning (Search Committee Chair)
  • Alex Vargas, Business Analyst/Programmer
  • Allyson Fry-Petit, Associate Professor, College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics
  • Celestina Barbosa-Leiker, Dean, College of Health and Human Development
  • Gavin Ong, Chair, ASI Board of Directors
  • Kevin Martin, Director of Outreach, Recruitment and Orientation
  • Kristin Kleinjans, Professor, College of Business and Economics
  • Laleh Graylee, Senior Associate Vice President of Financial Services
  • Sarah Hill, Professor, College of Humanities and Social Sciences
  • Yu Bai, Associate Professor, College of Engineering and Computer Science 

Please join me in thanking Dr. Swarat, who will be chairing the search, and the committee members for agreeing to serve in this capacity. Dr. Swarat will keep the campus community informed throughout the search process.

I look forward to working with the committee and the campus community in this national search for our new Vice President for Strategic Enrollment Management.
