Common Financial System
The conversion to the Common Financial System (CFS) took place in July 2010. This conversion moved the campus from a campus-managed finance system to a centrally-managed finance system hosted by the Chancellor's Office.
CFS 9.2 Upgrade
In April 2014, the CFS system is being upgraded to the 9.2 version. This involves some changes to the look and feel that the end user will experience.
A user guide covering the deltas between the current version of CFS and CFS 9.2 will be available here soon. All CFS user guides will also be updated to reflect 9.2 changes.
A brief online training detailing the deltas between the current version of CFS and CFS 9.2 will be available soon.
For users who prefer in-person training, an in-person overview of the deltas between the current version of CFS and CFS 9.2 will be available on the following dates:
- April 16th @ 9am
- April 23rd @ 9am

Training on the current CFS system is available in-person and online. Users are assigned the necessary training upon submitting a Finance Access Request Form to request access to CFS.
