Zoom Cloud Storage

As part of our efforts to manage our Zoom cloud storage capacity effectively, we will be implementing the 14-day recording retention policy schedule. Recordings older than 14 days will be deleted from Zoom cloud storage. Cloud recordings will be automatically moved to the trash folder after the 14 days has passed.

Note: It is not possible to recover a permanently deleted recording file.

 

Important Recordings

To ensure important recordings are retained, we ask end-users to link their Zoom account to Dropbox. This linking allows recordings to be saved directly to Dropbox for long-term storage.
