Vertical Marketing Manager for Education, ViewSonic

Ruben has over 10 years of experience in Education Technology working for California State University Dominguez Hills. After graduating from  Bio la University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing, he obtained a position working for Apple’s Education Team as a Partner Manager focused on Business development. He o btained a Master’s degree in Technology Entrepreneurship from the University of Maryland. He was part of the Google’s EdTech team that promotes universal design practices to bring forth connected spaces for K-12 educators and learners. 

Ruben transitioned and joined the ViewSonic team. He has been instrumental in developing strategic ways to help Educators understand the new emerging interest and opportunities that gaming brings to academic spaces coupling it with ViewSonic solutions. Ruben thrives to empower educators; he believes in equal access to personalize and brings engagement in education as one of the ways to better the world.
