Catherine Valerio Barrad is a member of the Office of General Counsel. She serves as counsel for California State University Fullerton and as one of the systemwide specialists in data privacy and information security. Prior to joining the CSU, she worked for more than two decades as a partner for an international law firm, including in the areas of data privacy and cybersecurity.
