As the Social Sciences & Government Documents librarian, I am responsible for managing the Pollak Library's Documents Depository collection. This includes all documents received by the Government Publishing Office and California State Library, as well as electronic government documents added to the catalog. I am also part of the library’s reference and instruction team, which assists students at the reference desk, with research appointments, and with course-specific library instruction sessions. I provide library instruction and reference support in the Social Sciences and for courses in American Studies, Political Science, American History, General Education, and courses with a legal/government information focus.
