Registration
Registration starts on January 13, 2014. To register, please complete the online form below. The registration fee is mandatory for all participants. It covers conference activities and materials, coffee breaks, lunches, and the conference Reception & Dinner. The registration fee must be received by April 21, 2014.
The registration fee is
- Regular: $250 if paid before April 21
- Student: $150 if paid before April 21
- Regular: $300 if paid after April 21
- Student: $200 if paid after April 21
One-day fee (paid on-site):
- Regular: $50 (banquet and reception are not included)
- Student: $25 (banquet and reception are not included)
Banquet & Concert
- Banquet & Concert: $60
- Concert Only: $20 Regular/ $10 Student

The registration fee may be waived for a few young participants coming from developing countries.
Payment methods:
Payments can be made by Visa or Master Card. After completion of the registration form, please, scroll down the page and complete the payment form following the instructions.
- To pay by check payment must be made in US currency
- Checks must be made payable to “CSUF ASC”
- On Memo Line please print “USA-Uzbek Conf”
