About Me:

Chesda Eng graduated from University of Michigan in 2002 with a BA in anthropology. His initial plan was continue with graduate work in anthropology and trek around the world. Things changed when he was diagnosed (and treated) with a rare disease. His newly gained perspective on the medical community and how they can impact lives nudged him towards studying medicine. Chesda took premed classes a la carte at CSUF while doing research in Dr. Meyer's lab, and nowhe is at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, class of 2010.

The anthropologist in him still plans to trek around the world, but he will be doing it with the tools of a physician.
