Eligibility

Who is eligible?

• Program is open to Undergraduate and Graduate Students
• Must have been in the foster care system and provide a verification document.
• Preferred verification is a Foster Youth Verification Letter.
  • You can request a copy of your Foster Youth Verification Letter from your social worker, ILP Coordinator, the county you were in care, or the state.
  • You can request a copy online from the state at - https://fosteryouthhelp.ca.gov/  (Click "Contact Us", then from the dropdown select "Verification Request Form")
