Undergraduate Theses

The undergraduate thesis is required for the Bachelor of Science degree in Geological Sciences. Students collect data in the field and/or lab under my supervision. I will assist students with applying for intramural funding. The thesis shall be written in the Geological Society of America Bulletin format. Publication in the C.S.U.F. student edited publication Dimensions is preferable because of the clearly defined deadline (early February) and length (~15 pages of double-spaced text). Presentation of the results at a professional meeting and publication is encouraged.
