On July 21, 2009 the California State University Board of Trustees voted to increase undergraduate, credential, and graduate student fees for the 2009-2010 academic year for a second time as part of an overall budget action plan. If your grant aid is insufficient to pay your entire fee charges you will need to accept your offer of loan.
