Want to learn new ideas on how to manage your stress, manage worry thoughts, or understand emotions? This is a great place to start your mental wellness journey.

Attend free, drop-in workshops to learn coping strategies to: enhance well-being, manage a range of emotions, and increase stress management skills. No sign-up needed!

Faculty/Staff: If you will be referring your class to a Wellness Workshop being held on a specific day/time, please contact Jacquelyn Gerali (jgerali@fullerton.edu) 2 or more weeks in advance, to ensure sufficient materials are available for the presentation.
