Academic Advising at CSUF

Advising at Cal State Fullerton is an ongoing, collaborative partnership between students and advisors that supports students to flourish inside and outside of the classroom. CSUF  advisors serve as guides as students map out their academic journeys toward graduation and beyond. Find your advisor via TitanNet, or learn more about academic advising at the links below.

When to Meet with an Academic Advisor

Students should meet with their advisor at least once a semester. Advisors can guide students in the areas of:

  • Academic or career planning and goal setting
  • Majors, minors, secondary majors, etc.
  • Withdrawing from a course
  • Academic or personal challenges that are affecting their preformance
  • Study abroad or internship options
