Spring 2025 Deadlines

•  1/16/2025 - Semester Begins 
•  1/18 - First Day of Classes 
• 1/20 - Martin Luther King, Jr. Day - campus closed
• 2/19 - Presidents’ Day Observed - campus closed
• 3/31 - Cesar Chavez Day observed - campus closed
• 3/31 - 4/6 - Spring Recess - no classes; campus open except on Monday, March 31, Cesar Chavez Day
• 4/7 - Classes resume
• 5/9 -Last day of classes
• 5/10 - 16 - Semester examinations
• 5/19 - 22 - Commencement exercises

• 1/18/25 - No signatures required to add or drop most classes.
  Add/Drop is through TITAN Online > Student Homepage.
• 1/26 - last day students will be enrolled from the waitlist
• 1/27 - 2/03 - department issued registration permit to register and add all classes
• 2/04 - Mini-Census date.
  Last day to enroll with a $25 late registration fee.
  Last day to add most classes with registration permit through Titan Online > Student Homepage.
  Last day to declare audit and change grading basis.
  Last day to drop classes without a grade of "W."
  Last day for refund if status is reduced from full-time to part-time (6 or fewer units).
  All permits issued in week one expire at midnight, Tuesday, February 4, 2025.
• 2/05 - Last day to apply for graduation through the Student Homepage for Spring 2025 bachelor's degree candidates. Deadline to apply for graduation to receive priority Fall 2025 registration.
• 2/18 - Census date.
  Last day to submit a Late Add Request with $20 Late Add fee.
  Last day for departments to approve undergraduates candidacy for Spring 2025.
  Last day for Excess Unit approval for graduating seniors.
• 2/15 - Last day for undergraduate students to pay $115 graduation fee for Spring 2025.
• 4/18 - Final deadline to submit a withdrawal request from classes with a grade of "W" for a serious non-medical reason.
• 5/02 - Final deadline to submit a withdrawal request from classes with a grade of "W" for medical reasons.
• 5/09 - Last day of class instruction.
• 5/10 - 5/16 - Semester examinations.
• 5/23 - Grades due by noon.
  Effective date of graduation for those completing requirements.
  Spring 2025 grades available in Titan Online > Student Homepage, as processed.
