Colors

These buttons are for the manipulation of colors on your text.

The first button is Text Color  . This button only works on text that you select first.  

The second button is Background Color  . This will only affect the background of selected text (like a highlighter). 

Avoid using these buttons unless absolutely necessary.  Colors can be tricky.  Colors must meet a minimum color contrast level for CSUF accessibility/508 compliance. Here are two resources for you:

The second link will also provide you with the official color codes for our campus blue and orange. 

NOTE: Our campus orange CANNOT be used as text color, nor a background color unless the text is black.
