Professor, Elementary and Bilingual Education

Dr.  Loretta Donovan runs the online MS in Educational Technology in the College of Education. A former K12 teacher, Dr. Donovan engages with local schools and school districts to promote safe, ethical, and equitable uses of technology to promote student learning.  Her research focuses on teacher education and K12 technology integration best practice.
