Adobe Creative Cloud FAQs

What is Adobe Creative Cloud?

The Adobe Creative Cloud is all of your favorite Adobe Applications made available via online download and subscription based service.   All CSUF Adobe Creative Cloud users receive 100 Gigabytes of online Cloud Storage to store and sync files across all of your devices.  Special pricing has been negotiated specifically for CSU campuses to make these tools and services available for a greatly reduced rate.

When does my Adobe Creative Cloud subscription expire?

Your Adobe Creative Cloud Subscription will expire annually, you will be notified when it is time to repeat step 1) of the sign up process

I already have an Adobe ID and have previously redeemed codes, what happens now?

  • Personal Adobe ID and Enterprise ID (CAMPUS LOGIN) work independently of each other, your previous cloud subscription storage and files reside on separate accounts, you will need to migrate files to your enterprise account if you want to continue using CSUF Adobe Subscriptions and services once your previous redeem codes have expired.
  • Note: Remember to specify 'Enterprise ID' when logging into your CSUF Campus Subscription

Can I install this software on multiple computers and operating systems?

You may install it on up to  two computers  at one time and the Adobe Cloud Application can be installed on Mac and PC operating systems independently using one Campus License.  Mobile / Tablet Applications and devices are not limited. Please contact Adobe directly if you need to deactivate certain computers due to hardware or software operating system changes.

I purchased CS5/6 from CSUF, but never installed it.  Can I still use my license number?

No, licenses purchased for CS5/6 are no longer valid.

Can or should I install / change Adobe Applications on my campus desktop?

All campus owned desktops and laptops come pre-loaded with the Adobe Creative Cloud app. Please note while signed in to it at work, it will take up one of your 2 Authorized Computers. If you have questions about this please contact the helpdesk at helpdesk@fullerton.edu or (657)278-7777.
