CSUF Cell Phone Program
Currently enrolled CSUF Students, Faculty and Staff are eligible to obtain a mobile device and cellular service (provided by Verizon) at significantly discounted prices through the CSUF Cell Phone Service Program.
Get started
Complete the CSUF Cell Phone Service Agreement Request Form at Titan Shops (link below). Select the cell phone that is right for you and your budget from a range of discounted options. Pay for the phone, and the first & last month of a one-year cell phone plan.
Phones will be issued to one user with valid CWID per year. After a full year in the program, the user will be eligible to purchase a new cell phone and plan.

Monthly Plan Service fee
- $45/Month (first and last month paid upfront)
- 200 anytime minutes
- Unlimited nights, weekends and Verizon mobile-to-mobile
- Unlimited data (LTE) and text
- International minutes not included

- 1 year agreement
- Purchase price includes all applicable sales tax
- Valid only for current CSUF Students, Faculty and Staff
- Applies to new phone numbers only
- 1 phone per valid CWID, per year
- Must prepay first and last months service fee at time of purchase
- Purchases can be made through Titan Shops

non-returnable/exchangeable. - CSUF ASC will withdraw the monthly cellular service fee through an ACH transaction. Declined ACH transactions may result in termination of service.
